Mission:
To coordinate the response of the Body of Christ (EVC) in recognizing where God is working to
bring about healing and joining Him there to best accomplish His tasks.
Purpose:
God is the great Healer and does not need our help to accomplish his Will. However, the Body of Christ must
respond to the needs of the sick and suffering (Matt. 25:40). The purpose of Healing Ministries is to guide
people into a trust/faith relationship with God that would allow God to receive the greatest
Glory for His
marvelous healing power.
Healing Ministries includes the following: |
Hospital visits
- Elders and Healing Team Members
- EVC Members and others upon request
Prayer requests for healing
- Elders prayer
- Special Prayer Meetings
The Body's response to healing situations

- Physical needs (home chores, repairs)
- Transportation (medical appointments, chemo, shopping)
The Body's response to God
- Praise reports
- Health updates
- Testimonies
- Praise service
